Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Certain items, such as customized orders, special clearance items, and items marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
- To begin the return process, please contact us at retail@instarect.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on returning your item(s).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
- Please use a trackable shipping service. Instarect is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for items that are manufacture defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact info@instarect.com with details.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Customized or special order items
- Final Sale or clearance items
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
